Hi, I am a Singaporean and my spouse is a PR. We bought a matrimonial house in 2018, it hasn't reached MOP. We bought a resale flat with CPF housing grant. Now we're preparing for divorce, HDB has approved that he transfers his share to me. I am 36 yrs old this year. My question is do I need to return housing grant to CPF board? Thanks!

Hi Lilian,

Nope you don’t need to. Only your CPF funds being utilised for the housing will goes back into the account with accrued interest.
