No, as you're married, you won't qualify under Single Scheme. You can however qualify under Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.

Hi,

1) Do note that providing false declaration can lead you to an unfavorable situation, which is not advisable.
2) If you are married to a foreigner, you can help by applying an LTVP (Long Term Visit Pass) for your spouse.
3) Once your spouse received this pass, you will be eligible to buy under NCS (Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme). The benefit of NCS is the same as Single Citizen Scheme.
