Hi, I am a Singapore PR and is getting married to a non-PR. Is there any way we can buy a HDB resale flat?

Hi,

By non-PR, you mean he/she is a foreigner? If so, you are not eligible to buy resale flat. You can only consider private properties. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Hi, I'm sorry to inform that for your case, both you and your fiancé are not eligible to purchase a HDB at the moment. You will have to either purchase a private property or continue renting an apartment.

Thanks Aaron! I have about 90K in my OA account. Is that sufficient to pursue a private property. How much cash would be needed from my side?
