Hi, I am a singapore indian with 175k cpf and up to 150k HLE eligibility and looking for a 4A corner unit with at least 100sq m. COV is 10k - 15k. Dont mind a low floor unit. I've been calling a few agents but they simply brushed aside my request as rediculous as my COV is low. Can anyone help?
