Hi,

I am a Singapore citizen and my wife is a Singapore Permanent Resident. Currently, we are overseas. I am planning to buy a 4-room HDB flat in Woodlands area.

My question is, does my wife need to be present for the HDB appointment? Or is it enough just for me to sign off the documents?
