hi, i am a singapore age 34. And i marry my wife in singapore. she is thai, dont have PR yet, just have work permit. can i buy a new flat?

Evening Eric,

New flats are only eligible to married couple who are SC + SC or SC + PR. However, you can purchase resale unit under non-citizen spouse scheme.

You will be eligible to purchase a resale flat or condo but not a BTO.
