Hi, I am a SG citizen, 28 years old. Can I purchase HDB together with my parents (long term social visit pass)? My father own property overseas but my mother does not. Am I eligible to apply Housing Loan?

Hi Sandy,

I am afraid you can't. Your alternate choice will be to wait till age of 35 (Single) to buy your own resale HDB or you may wana think of getting a private property now.
