Hi! I am a self employed persons with a company that was only started in December 2020. Applied for HLE but was rejected because company start date was December, and NOA for 2021 is therefore not valid. Can I check that after the company fulfils one year in December 2021, they will approve the HLE? Thanks

Appreciate your sharing, it depend on HDB and banker. You have to await till April each year to declare your previous year income. If you have 2 years of NOA and continue to contribute to CPF, most likely able to process it. In order to help you better can I know you are looking for which area ?

To my knowledge, NOA will only be issued 30th Apr onwards every year. In this case, it is highly lightly you have to wait for the next NOA to be issued next year in order to apply for HLE.
