Hi. I am a SC with a foreign spouse on long term visit pass(pending PR application status).
Not sure if it is possible but we are looking for a resale flat that satisfy the below criteria and not cost more than 420k.
1.ideally just MOP
2.corner unit OR without window facing corridor
3. high floor(7 floor and above)
4. walking dist to MRT
I am currently earning an income(before CPF) of about 6500 while she is taking home 2.8k and we will be taking HDB loan. We currently are not servicing any form of debts.
My CPF only has about 40-50k( i did a lump sum transfer to SA awhile back) while spouse has no CPF at the moment since she is a foreigner.She may have CPF once her PR approve.(will keep trying for PR).
Any agent has something similar on their portfolio or they can help on this?
