Hi,

As a single SC, the choice of government flats are limited.

(1) New BTO/SBF:
2-rm flexi in non-mature estate

(2) Resale HDB:
(a) 5-rm resale HDB flat using Single-Citizen scheme with grant amount up to $20k.
(b) 4-rm and below entitled to $25k grant amount.
(c) Proximity grant is not applicable as both your parents are foreigner.

(3) DBSS eligibility scheme are as follow:
(a) Public Scheme
(b) Finance/Fiancee Scheme
(c) Orphans Scheme
Thus you are not eligible in this case.

Hi buyer,

DBSS is considered a HDB.

Therefore you are eligible to purchase a resale DBSS with your parents under non citizen family scheme.

Do take note that your mom will have to dispose any residential property be it in Singapore or overseas within 6 months from purchase completion.

And one of them must have a valid Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass. The pass must be valid for at least 6 months and valid at the time you submit your application to buy a resale flat.
