Hi, I am a resale HDB flat buyer under the husband/wife scheme.

1) What are the chances of an appeal for the S$30K HDB grant if my wife and my combined income is approximately $12K?

2) If we are not eligible for the $30K grant, can we still apply for the S$10k grant (for living near parents), given our income?
