Hi, I am a PR and would like to buy HDB resale with my child (SG citizen). Is it possible for me to buy HDB without including my wife's (SG citizen) name because she recently inherited a private property? Please advice. Thanks.

Afternoon TJ,

It's impossible to exclude your wife, as she's part of your family. Hence if you like to purchase resale HDB units, your wife is required to sell off the private property, within 6 months from key collection.
