Hi, I am a PR and would ike to buy a resale HDB with my PR husband. I would like to be advised on the following:
1. Can I skip the MOP?
2. If we decide to give up our PR after 10 years, do we have to sell our HDB if it is fully paid for?
3. If the answer to question 2 is Yes, are there any workarounds?

Morning Anita,

It's under the public housing regulation, hence all HDB owners must fulfill the MOP, before they can sell it on the resale market.
