Hi,

Under current HDB regulations, anyone who is eligible for HDB resale flat purchase must dispose off his/her private property own/co-own local or foreign country within 6 months upon key collection.

You may still purchase with your SC spouse under public scheme, but ensure you dispose off your private property within 6 months upon key collection. It is merely a name withdrawal from the title deed if there are no financial issue. You may engage a lawyer in your home country to assist you over this.

Good evening buyer,

you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB with your SC spouse but do take note that you have to dispose off your private property be it in Singapore or overseas within 6 months from purchase completion.

If you are thinking of BTO, you have to dispose off first and observe a waiting period of 30 months before you can apply.
