hi I am a new agent, according what i read trough CES paper on GST, it says all real estate agent service are not subject to GST, but when i submit my residential rental commission to my agency, my agency charged me GST on the commission i made. Anyone can enlighten me this pls? Thanks in advance!

Hi Chrissy,

The rental/Sale of property is not subject to GST. How ever the service charge( commission) is subject to GST.
