Hi i am a divorcee. I am currently income is abt gross $40k. I am trying to find out how much can I borrow. I have a curent home loan abt $70k left for my hdb flat. My mum will transfer her condo to my name with a balance home loan of $560000. I do not hv any credit card debt to pay or reno loan. Pls assist.

Morning, There are a few issues that you might need to clear, namely MOP requirement, your citizenship issues and income limitation. You need to fulfill MOP in order to be eligible for purchase of second property. You also need to be SC, in order to keep your HDB while holding onto ownership to your second residential property.
