Hi I am a divorce. I will be getting married late next yr with my non citizen spouse.
My qns is:
1) I am only eligible to buy a resale HDB right?
2) I read in HDB webby which state that 'Your spouse must have a Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass and it must be valid for at least 6 months and valid at the time you submit your application to buy a resale flat.'
My spouse will only get the LTVP after marriage in dec 2017. Can I buy the unit first?
