Hi, I am a below 35 yr old SC and my wife is a non-citizen holding an LTVP. She had previously held a work pass for 5 years before converting to LTVP in march.
Per resale HDB eligibility, one SC and one pass holder with a valid pass of more than 6 months from the the time of pass issuance is required to apply. My question now is, does the 6 months refer to the remaining validity period (i.e pass expiry date has to be more than 6 months when you apply for the resale hdb) or the duration the pass holder has been holding it (i.e they have to at least held it for 6 months before they apply for the resale hdb)?
