Hi. I am a 36 female PR and in process of citizenship appln fr Singapore . Shared a Hdb 3-rm flat at Amk corner unit with my sibling and has intention to sell . In the event I become a citizen , to buy a resale as an individual , how much do I need for a hdb 3-4 rm? With salary scale of 3k, n 15k cpf, am I able to get a hdb flat as a first timer with a hdb loan?

Evening,

Upon the sales of your current unit, you might be able to get some CPF and cash in hand. And once you get your citizenship, you are eligible for single grant and HDB loan as your income is lesser than $5k. However, do note that you are only eligible for resale unit.
