Hi, I am 50 years old and is single. I hope to buy a brand new 3 room flat. Are there any good locations in the east. Will I get a chance to buy it quickly. Msg from Alice Chia

Evening Alice,

Under the current ruling, single are not eligible to purchase BTO unit. Even if you are allowed to purchase BTO units, they require 3 to 4 years to built. If you are urgently looking for roof over your head, it would be advisable to purchase resale unit.
