Your first loan on a property purchase will be based on up to the age of 65 years old. If you intend to take up a longer tenure, then you may add on the years when you refinance the loan after the lock in period.

Hi,

Assuming you do not have other outstanding home loan, and this will be your first home loan, to qualify for the max LTV 75%, loan tenure will have to be capped at age 65, which means 17 years loan tenure.

Are you considering new launch condo? If so, there could be a way to lengthen loan tenure when you do refinancing later

If you do not have any existing home loans and this will be your first home loan application, in order to meet the maximum Loan-to-Value ratio of 75%, the loan term must be limited until you reach the age of 65, resulting in a loan tenure of 17 years.
