Hi I am 38yr old single unemployed for over 3 years and live with my parents who give me an allowance. I do some volunteering work and help out at home. My parents are helping me to buy a resale flat nearby their address so that I can live on my own. I can't submit any income documents . My parents bank in allowance to my POSB account every month . Will qualify for first timer resale grant and proximity grant ( I checked my parents are within 4KM)? Thank you
