If you meet the conditions of Singles grant or additional housing grant, you will be eligible for either one or both.

The initial outlay will depends on which type of loan you are obtaining.
If you are eligible for HDB loan, your downpayment will be 10% and it can be fully paid by CPF OA funds.
If bank loan, it will be 5% cash and 15% CPF OA funds or cash.
other costs will be:
1) $1000 to obtain obtain to purchase and $4000 to exercise it (this amount will be contributed to the purchase price).
2) valuation fee $200
3) resale submission $80
4) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
5) legal fees (depends on HDB or private)
6) agent's commission (1% of purchase price)
