Legal age to purchase a property in Singapore is 21. I am afraid you are unable to do so as a sole proprietorship is not a separate legal entity.

As a business owner, if you have the funds, you can purchase any commercial property under the company's name. You may have to tweak the entity into a pte ltd and bring in partners as you are legally below 21. These can be done using the legal framework and conveyancing lawyers. Technically, individuals under 21 can’t legally purchase property under their own name in Singapore. However, since you’re running a sole proprietorship, there are some workarounds — but they depend on whether you’re buying as an individual or through the business entity.

A sole proprietorship isn’t legally separate from you, so it still falls under your personal legal capacity. That means you’ll likely need a parent or guardian to be listed as the legal owner, or consider setting up a private limited company instead, which can own property regardless of your age.
