Hi how much maximum bank loan can i get for my gross salary 1100? I dun have any bad debts.i have salary slips and cpf contribution statement but no have income tax declaration. Do bank entertain ? thanks

Hi Sarina,

Approach the bank instead of property agents to assess your financial status for bank loans as we are not in the position to advise. You can walk into most neighbourhood banks to seek their advise. Bring along all necessary income statements to the bank so that they can assess you and provide you with an answer faster.
