Hi,

How much is the maximum loan can we roughly get from banks with combine income of 4.5k?30 years loan tenure for buying a new ec,debt-free.Your estimation please.Or any agent out there who have served clients with similar salary range,their bank loan amount.Any info will be great help.Thanks.

This is just an estimation from my client' case. U can buy an ec costing abt $750k. Your max loan is about $600k which is 80% of the $750k EC.

Based on these figures, if u wish to take maximum loan, you can purchase a 3 bedrm EC at lush acres, foresville, waterwoods, skypark residences, Ecopolitian and sea horizon. Do give me a call at 81824811  to find out more. Regards Read More
