The typical commission applicable for rental assignment is half a month's rent for every 12 months lease period. 7% GST is applicable on the amount.

I am the sole administrator of a facebook group reaching out to almost 9400 expat members, which is a great source of tenant pool for most of my landlords' apartment for rent.
