Hi, firstly congrats on this milestone in your life. I assume you are referring to BTO key collection day? You will have to bring the following items from what I know ( might have more, you can check with the officer)
1) IC of all owner and occupier in application
2) Marriage certificate original ( if you applied under fiance/fiancee scheme)
3) Fire Insurance Cert which you purchase on same day
4) Birthcert of child if under 15
5) Latest CPF statement or payslip
6) payment card
7) Giro for cash monthly instalment

As for the paperwork, do not worry the officer will go through with you, mainly the lease agreement. Usually if you didn't miss your queue, it should be fast and whole process within an hour, max 2.

You should have received letter from HDB on what are the documents you should bring along, essentially your IDs, Option To Purchase, Letter of Offer. HDB will prepare the documents that require your signatures, thus you just need to bring along those stated documents in the letter to you. Do also ensure that your conservancy fees have been paid for your sale unit and have any GIRO terminated.

Identification: Make sure you have your original ID (NRIC, Passport, etc.) readily available.
Option to Purchase (OTP): Bring the original signed copy of your OTP for the flat.
Letter of Offer (if applicable): If you received a Letter of Offer for your flat purchase, bring it along as well.
