Hi, how do we report an unethical marketing tactic by agent who advertised property at attractive price trying to attract buyers to make inquiry. The agent will then present the buyer with another property by saying the advertised one has just been sold. The truth is that the new proposal is the actual property they are trying to market at a much higher price than advertised.
