Hi, heard from news that SPR and sibling not allow to buy a resale HDB if parents are stay in overseas.

Does SPR and siblings still able to buy a resale HDB if my parents holding a long term visit pass and stay in Singapore for roughly 2years?

Morning Hendri,

As per 14th Feb 2011, the sibling scheme have being abolished. Individual case are subjected to HDB approval.
