Hi, HDB recently approved my resale application and also sent me an email informing that the seller Temporary Extension of Stay was rejected but I already agree and signed with the seller Temporary Extension of Stay agreement contract. Is the Temporary Extension of Stay agreement contract still valid or should the HDB completion date given to me stand and seller should pass the house keys on that completion date?

Hi,

You may check with your assisting agent.

If HDB has rejected the seller's Temporary Extension Of Stay, rightfully the seller cannot extend after completion and must hand over the keys on completion date. Please check with your agent and seller agent accordingly. Read More
