Hi HDB Guru:
I like to ask the following questions regarding withdrawal of co-onwer's name and buying of flat.
I am a co-owner with my parents. I have used my CPF to pay monthly HDB loan. Last year, I have just make a full captial redemption of my HDB loan. Recently, I just got married and wanted to buy a flat with my husband.
I like to ask:
(1) What and how is the procedure of withdrawal of co-owner's name?
(2) If HDB grants this withdrawal: - is there any fee that the remaining owners have to pay for this withdrawal?
(3) Do I have to withdraw my name first before I can apply for a resale flat or BTO or I can do both - withdrawing and buying at the same time?
(4) If I buy BTO, is my husband and me consider a first time buyer or second time buyer?
(5) Do I have to pay a resale levy if I am getting a BTO?
(6) What kind of subsidies will we get for buying a resale flat and BTO?
