Hi have a 5 room unit at jurong west st 64 Blk 676. Collected keys on Feb 2008. Intend to sell on move to bukit panjang(near my in laws). What will be my appeal chances against my MOP. Estimate how much can i sell?

Evening Paul,

You would have purchased your current unit directly from HDB, under sales of balance flat or with housing grant.
What is the reason of moving near your in-laws?
Medical?
Someone to take care of your kids?

I have handled case where appeal to sell before MOP due to medical reason. It did went through after providing the necessary documents.

Hi Paul,

To appeal selling before MOP, you need to have strong valid reason.

If not HDB won't consider.

Estimated resale price is >$500k.

I stay in Jurong West also, at 653 series near pioneer mrt. You may have seen my flyer delivered to your doorstep.
