Hi gurus,Our flat is 6 more months to mop.we are married sc,want to upgrade to ec but since the resale value and cov is decreasing,not sure if it's a good idea to upgrade.will the prices of the ec units decrease too if the hdb resale is decreasing?

It is unlikely to see prices dropping for EC and private property.

Hi Sir,

What i would suggest is that , if your time permits, i would like to meet up with you to discuss.

COV for HDB is dropping , however, we also need to consider other factors like which estate is it in, are there more HDBs coming up? E.G Punggol.

I woud also like to know where you would like to purchase and do some calculation to calculate to advise you better.
