Hi Gurus,if after selling our 5 room hdb flat around 550K, What is the max price of EC we can purchase?

Afternoon,

As per what Stanley have said, we would need to know how much CPF you will be getting back, how much CPF and cash you have at hand, how much loan you can get, what repayment tenure you are comfortable with and the unit sizing with you are looking at.
