Hi Gurus, wish i could sell my flats but it will be either break even of negative sales. I still have balance of $130K loan left for the next 12 years. Can i remorgage my hdb to banks ? If yes what are requirements.

Hi,

You are not allowed to re-mortgage HDB flat.

Maybe you can call me at 9862-8691  . We can redo the calculation.
