Hi Gurus,

We just got PR about a year ago (Malaysia) and is looking for resale HDB 3 rooms flat. Our prefered location is somewhere near bukit gombak mrt. However, as i've started my CPF contribution 1 year back, that isn't help much to cover initial cost. Therefore, we were wondering unsure how much to allocate or what other charges involved. Is there a way to get 90pc loan? Appreciate if someone can advice?

Afternoon,

The current estimated valuation for 3 room flat around Bt Gombak is around $280k to $320k with asking COV of around $30k to $45k. Assuming that you purchase a unit with valuation of $300k and COV of $40k, your charges involved is as follow, with 80% loan and zero CPF:

1) 20% deposit: $60k
2) COV: $40k
3) Legal & Stamp Fee: $7.3k
4) Admin & Misc: $0.5k
5) Salesperson Comm: To be discussed

Hence in total, you will required around $110k.
