We have 140k cpf and 120k cash.If our maximum bank 80% loan is 610k,can we still purchase a ec unit of 830k?if not, what is the max ec price we can buy? Does the 5%cash and 15% cpf applies for 75% or 70% bank loan? what is the calculation breakdown for these?thanks
