Hi Gurus,

we had decided to buy a 5 room flat in Yung Sheng Road , Block 180 (32 K cov) . floor 6th to 10th .

is that worth buying ? is Taman Juorng considered a good location for future development ?

Hi Yin,

I used to stay in Taman Jurong, blk 359. There are amenities like community centre, coffeeshop, ntuc, taman jurong shopping centre, market, etc. So there is no complain about amenities.

Only thing lacking is the distance to MRT. From your block, probably you need to take the feeder bus to lakeside mrt.

By the way, the land behind your block is earmarked for BTO project.

When the former tang dynasty site is developed, expect the taman jurong flats' prices to appreciate.
