Hi gurus,
we are married sc,we own a 5 room hdb flat,we intend to sell our flat and upgrade to a new 3 bedroom ec unit.We are afraid that after selling,got the cash proceeds and the cpf,we are unable to get enough bank loan amount for the ec as we own a car, my wife is not working,bank will look into my income only.

Afternoon,

Why not get your IPA assessed before you choose to market your unit? With this done, you will be able be to gauge how what sizing unit is suitable of you, since the estimate proceed can be calculated with the necessary figures.
