Hi gurus,

We are married sc.We are going to sell off our current hdb 5 room flat first and then purchase ec but before we make any decision,we want to know roughly how much home loan can we get for household income 4k and existing 5 more years car loan?

Morning,

In regards to obtaining a housing loan, it will be best that you speak to a few bankers to gauge the loan amount that both of you will be able to obtain.

If you are okay, I can inform some bankers to advise you on your IPA.
