Hi gurus, we are married sc, we are thinking of doing our pre loan approval first to know how much we can loan from bank before we sell our 5 room flat in punggol.but will that effect out tdsr since we are still keeping our flat? or should we do our pre loan approval after selling our flat to get the correct amount?

Hi

Since you are already planning to sell your unit, you could actually speak to a banker and apply anytime. So that you will have a rough idea of how much approved loan that you could borrow up to.
