Hi gurus,

Total monthly income 5k, no debt, clean records, intend to buy EC from developer or PC, roughly how much can I get for bank loan with loan tenure of 30 years? can use up to 60% salary for home instalment TDSR?

Hi

The max loan that you can borrow from the bank is up to 80%. And with regards to how much you could borrow, will have to liaise with the banker to apply for the loan eligibility.
