Hi Gurus! This is the fifth year that I am renting my unit and every time I have dealt with a different agent. I wonder if it's just me or I can't seem to find an agent who I could trust long-term...

Hi,

May I know which location are you referring to? Perhaps its just a coincidence. Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Hi, could it be there is a lack of proper communication right from the start? Would be glad to hear your side of the story.

Hi there!

Perhaps there's a lack of effort from your past salespersons in building rapport and maintaining the relationship.

I believe in choosing a salesperson whom you feel comfortable with and can trust as this is definitely vital in receiving good service and support over the years.

Hope to hear from you and assist you with your future real estate transactions for the long term!

YT Tan (陈永达)
Good evening landlord,

Normally this situation will occur when you choose to engage a few salespeople to represent you. Thus whoever manages to find you a qualified tenant first will be your representative. Probably you should just stick to him/ her for future renewal or lease if you feel that they are well performed so you wont have minimised such situations happening again.

I have been assisting a few of my landlords with their property rentals for a few years. They are very contended with my services and performance.

If I am of any help in your property needs in future, feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Warmest Regards,

Hi there!

There are a lot of unknown in your case. I've many clients whom I have been helping to do rental renewal every time the lease is up. They also have recommended my many other clients along the way as well.

Maybe it's the expectations not being met, or simply not rewarding for the agents. It's important to have all things stated out clearly in the first meeting to avoid any future misunderstandings.

Hope this helps!
