Hi Gurus,
The COV of between $20K to $30K demanded by 4-room HDB sellers is pushing up HDB resale prices unrealistically...
The politically correct ans. in today's Forum by HDB:"COV is not determined nor imposed by Govt"..
But Govt can legislate to render COV "illegal" so that the playing field for the purchase of resale HDB flats is fairer to all... esp working class S'poreans. The many willing to fork out $30k COV are cash-rich PRs who are "spoiling" the S'pore HDB housing market! Comments please.
