Hi Gurus, question regarding buying a HDB flat. Currently staying with my mother, brother, sis-in-law & their 2 kids. My mother will be transferring the house to my brother. I intend to buy a BTO HDB 2rm flat & my mother as occupier. I'm 42yrs old & married to a foreigner for more than 10yrs. She has no intention of staying in SG & has been living with her parents. Am I allowed to buy BTO flat under such circumstances? Appreciate if anyone could give me some advice. Tx..

Morning,
As for you, being married, you are onbly eligible to purchase resale unit as your spouse is neither SC nor PR.
