To purchase EA which are located near MRT station, within your expected budget is highly possible in many estate. As for the high appreciation estimate within the next 10 years, that would be tough. None of us know how the global market will perform nor what new rulings the govt will release in the next minute. The one things that's clear is that HDB will not be releasing new EA and EM in the next one year of two.
