I don't think max up to 80 years old is possible, it appears 75 years old is more feasible. You may want to consider an equity loan if the property is fully paid. Perhaps we could discuss further at 97432395  .

Based on current MAS rules and regulations, the maximum loan tenure will be up to the borrower's age of 75.
