Hi Gurus,

Need some advice on investing. I have cash of SGD 150K. I am not a singaporean but have employment pass. I have not taken any other loans, my annual salary is about SGD 6.5K. I am ready to mortgage the property but i want a good rental yield. What do you recommend? Where should i invest and in what kind of property?
