Hi Gurus, need some advice below.

1)How much deposit do i need to provide, if i am interested to a new private property launch during its private preview?

2)Understand that i am required to pay 20% of the property price while i can borrow 80% from banks. However, how do i know i am eligible for the 80% of the bank loan?

Hi Rin, you will need to pay 5% on the day that you confirm your unit. The 15% will be in CPF/cash 8 weeks later. You can contact any banker to determine your maximum loan amount. If you require any specific financial advice, I can recommend my bankers to you.
